How does a pre-order work?
Many products operate on a pre-order model. This means that once a product is released, there is a window of time when orders can be placed. Once that time frame closes, I then have the products produced, which can commonly take up to 2 weeks before items are ready for shipment. Once production is complete, I will ship out your full order.
A couple of items in my order weren’t pre-order, why haven't I received those?
All items will ship out at one time as a complete order to avoid any extra shipping costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times are business days only. Order processing and handling typically takes 1-3 days not including weekends or holidays. After an order has shipped delivery times are typically 2-5 days for domestic orders within the US and 1-4 weeks for international orders.
Can I make an adjustment or cancel my order?
Please email me at alltheevos@gmail.com ASAP to make any revisions to your order. I will do my best to accommodate any requests. If your order has shipped already, there is nothing I can do. You are able to return or exchange products with the restocking fee of 25%.
Am I able to make a return/exchange?
Please email me at alltheevos@gmail.com to submit a return or exchange. I will do my best to accommodate any requests. Items must be unused and unworn in their original packaging. There is a 25% restocking fee for any returns or exchanges. Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
A product is sold out, will you restock it?
Any limited edition or pre-sale item will not be restocked, once it is sold out it will be gone for good. I recommend you sign up for our newsletters and follow us on social media to stay updated with my releases.
